Whilst a large framed man the same height should have an ideal body weight of 196 pounds or (196 x 110%) pounds and a small framed man the same height would have an ideal weight of 160 pounds or (178 x 90%) pounds.

EXAMPLE
A medium framed woman who is 5 feet 6 inches should have an ideal body weight of 130 pounds or 100 +(6 X 5) pounds. A large framed woman the same height would have an ideal body weight of 143 pounds or (130 x 110%) pounds, and a small framed woman the same height would have an ideal weight of 117 pounds or 100-(130 x 90%) pounds.
