" Eat Wisely "
After a Meal:
Don't Smoke - Expert Studies indicate that smoking a cigarette is equivalent to smoke 10 cigarettes and therefore increases the risk of cancer
Don't Eat Fruits Immediately - This causes the stomach to bloat. Fruits should be eaten at least 1 hour before meals and 1-2 hours after meals
Don't Loosen Your Belt - This will cause the intestines to become twisted and blocked.
