Benefits of Eating Fruit Alone and on an Empty Stomach

Many of us think that eating fruits really is just buying fruits, preparing or cutting it and just eating it. That's only the physical dynamics of eating fruit. What's even more important is to know HOW and WHEN to eat fruit.
When should I eat Fruit?
Fruit should only be eaten on an empty stomach, not after meals or as a dessert, otherwise you will lose the important detoxifying benefits to your system. You will also will also lose its energy generating benefits during weight loss and in carrying out other daily activities.
Eating Fruit combined with Other Food Items
Knowing how foods are combined is essential to maximizing the benefits we get from what we eat. When certain foods are eaten together they neutralize or fight one another for the proper mixing of digestive fluids and extend the digestion time over an unacceptable period of time. This causes the food to stagnate, rot or become putrefied creating bloating, unpleasant burping and gassing. The body energy is used up trying to digest the food instead of being used to create the energy essential to the weight loss process and/or in carryout other functions.
All foods classification require different digestive forming fluids, when mixed incorrectly they neutralize one another. There are 2 types of digestive forming fluids

Alkali forming Foods:
Fresh fruit (except plums and cranberries), vegetables, potatoes cooked with the skin on, almonds and milk

Acid forming Foods:
Cereals and sugars, meat, poultry, eggs, fish, shellfish, cheese, most nuts, grains, breads. |
The Ratio of Acid and Alkaline Forming Foods.
4 parts alkaline foods to 1 part acidic forming foods
1. Vegetables - (lettuce, cucumbers, cabbage)
2. Fruits - (pineapple, orange, lemon, apples, grapes, etc...)
3. Legumes - (beans, peas etc...)
4. Carbohydrates - (concentrated starches like grains, breads, cereals, potatoes and
sugars)
5. Proteins - (fish, meat, cheese & poultry)
Foods are divided into 5 Classifications
8 Basic Rules of Mixing Foods
1. Vegetables and Fruits should form the major part of your diet.
2. Eat fruit alone or not at all.
3. Sugars and Carbohydrates should not be eaten with Proteins
4. Only eat small amounts of Fats, Proteins and Starches
5. Eat only Whole grains and Unprocessed Starches
6. Never eat white flour and sugar or any foods made with them.
7. Never eat highly processed fats or artificial food like margarine.
8. Wait until one set of food is digested before introducing another group
Remember, Eat Fruits on an Empty Stomach and Alone, or Not at All
Drink fruit juice slowly, mouthful by mouthful slowly, it needs to be mixed with your saliva before swallowing to ensure optimal nutritional benefit.
Drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT juice from the cans or juice that has been heated up. Cooked fruits lose their nutrients, you only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
